Two Young Red Deer Startled on Forest Track
Red Deer (Cervus elaphus) filmed in Slovakia.
Footage description
Two young red deer (Cervus elaphus) walk along a forest track on a September morning during the autumn rutting season in Slovakia. Suddenly startled by an unseen disturbance, both animals turn and trot back along the track before stopping a short distance away. They remain alert, looking around and scenting the air in the warm morning sunlight. Natural wildlife behaviour filmed in a woodland habitat.
